Review the retainer requirement, hourly rates, and billing practices, then sign to confirm you understand the fee agreement.
Step 2 · Agreement
Informed Consent & Participation Agreement
Read and sign the agreement outlining the terms, scope, and expectations of the parenting coordination process.
What to Expect
Before Your First Session
- Complete and return all forms above immediately, before your first appointment.
- Include contact information for other professionals involved with your family, such as therapists and your guardian ad litem.
- Prepare a list of your goals for parenting coordination.
- First sessions are held individually. Bring any documentation you would like reviewed to that session.
