No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or returns for any products or services purchased from Tracy Riley Counseling.
If you are unable to attend the course on the originally scheduled day, we will allow you to transfer those funds to another date of your choice, within one calendar year.
Exchanges (if applicable): In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and upon inspection and approval, we will send you a replacement.
Cancellation Policy: For services requiring appointments or reservations, please refer to our cancellation policy for details on rescheduling or canceling appointments.
Downloadable Products: For digital products, once the download link has been provided or the product has been accessed, we cannot issue refunds. Please review product descriptions and system requirements carefully before making your purchase.
Exceptions: In cases where required by law or consumer protection regulations, we will comply with refund obligations. However, within the bounds of applicable laws, our "no refunds" policy remains in effect.
