After earning my degree in Mass Communications from Florida State College at Jacksonville, I spent much of my twenties exploring places overseas like Brazil, Nepal, and Australia as well as exploring the U.S. I’ve been to 26 states (and counting) and have lived as far west as Washington State.
While living in the Pacific Northwest, I began working with the homeless population and developed an interest in supporting individuals struggling with addiction. That interest continued when I moved back to Jacksonville in 2020 as I continued primarily working in the addiction field.
In 2022, I returned to school to pursue my master’s in Mental Health Counseling. I’ve been enjoying the many new experiences that come with being a therapist and connecting with people from all walks of life.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me soaking up the sunshine, sipping iced lattes, biking, long boarding, trying new recipes that sneak into my algorithm and feeding my sourdough starter.
