Quyanna is committed to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida and is currently completing her Master of Social Work at Capella University, expected December 2025.
Grounded in trauma-informed and client-centered care, Quyanna specializes in providing supportive therapy for those experiencing grief, anxiety, trauma, and relational difficulties. Her practice draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches to help clients identify patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. She fosters a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow through life’s transitions.
Passionate about helping others heal and reconnect, Quyanna approaches therapy with empathy, presence, and authenticity.
With a special focus on family dynamics, Quyanna has experience guiding parents through high-conflict co-parenting situations, offering tools for effective communication, emotional regulation, and child-focused decision-making.
Outside of her professional work, Quyanna enjoys traveling with her husband and children, attending live concerts, and expressing her creativity through crafting.
