Jaime grew up in upstate New York, and moved to the Pittsburgh area after high school. In 2016, she transplanted to the south and currently resides in St. Augustine. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from California University of Pennsylvania, where she did an independent study on childhood trauma. Following graduation, Jaime worked as a Personal Care Aid in a private school for children with behavioral and emotional struggles.
Jaime graduated with her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.
Jaime has a passion for helping others and enjoys working with a variety of populations including children, teens, and adults. She takes a person-centered, humanistic approach to counseling to build the rapport that is vital to the counseling relationship. From there, she utilizes an integrative approach to treatment, including solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavioral interventions.
